Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you will receive your refund more quickly.

If you wish to return an item for ideological reasons, please pray about your concerns for a few days before contacting us. If after doing so, you still wish a refund, please include an explanation stating your perspective as we are anxious to hear from you.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Please note that shipping rates for most items are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

If we encounter difficulties fulfilling your order, we will contact you via the contact information you provide.
